I’m Oyuki Unzon, a nutritionist born in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. I currently reside in Tijuana, Baja California.

 

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from UAD (Autonomous University of Durango), Tijuana campus.

 

I am certified as an international personal trainer. I love my profession, but above all, I love seeing more and more people transform their bodies and, at the same time, their minds.

 

I consider myself a realistic nutritionist and firmly believe that it is possible to live healthily while maintaining balance and enjoying what we love, all while taking care of our nutrition.

I am a wife and the mother of a beautiful little girl. I love animals, and one of my dreams is to help stray animals.
